Very fast weeknight meal with stuff on hand & rice/sauce from the Big Lots
- 2 cans albacore tuna
- assrtd steamed veggies (carrots, napa cabbage, cauliflower, celery, broc)
- Carolina jasmine rice from cooker
- KAME Green Curry Sauce or any tube of Thai curry
-Serve with lime slices/cukes/mint/peanuts & hot spring rolls or soup
